We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KFK Jewelers. To help ensure your satisfaction, we accept merchandise for return within ten (10) days from date the shipment was received. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, original condition and unworn.
Sale items, custom orders, special orders, and altered/re-sized items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
Return of online purchases
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. When we receive your return, we will inspect and review it. Your purchase must not show signs of wear or damage. Altered or resized items are a final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. Once your merchandise has been accepted for return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be made using the same form of payment.
Packaging and shipping your return
Please package your item carefully so that it reaches us without damage. You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs. Your return shipping costs are non-refundable.
